WIN has interpreters available to work, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days
a year. After hours there is an emergency on-call number for those
situations needing immediate service and emergency fees apply. A request for service
is considered an emergency request when it is received less than one full business
day or 24 clock hours (whichever is longer) prior to the assignment.
In emergency cases the basic base rate will be multiplied by 1.50. For specifics
